CHAPTER I
GENERAL PROVISIONS
This privacy policy informs you about how we process the personal data you provide to us. We also assure youthat we process your personal data in accordance with the Regulation, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the protection of personal data.
We have the right to modify the rules described in this Privacy Policy in part or in full. We will notify you of any changes made by posting an updated version of this Privacy Policy on this website.

Regulation - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR);
Personal data - any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, a personal identification number, location data and an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the natural person's physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity;
Data processing - any operation or sequence of operations which is performed upon personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, sorting, organisation, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, access, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination with other data, restriction, erasure or destruction.
CHAPTER II
PRINCIPLES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the following principles:
- personal data must be processed only in such a way and by such means as to ensure their security. Personal data must be protected against unlawful processing and against processing without consent. This must be implemented by means of appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of the processing, including protection against accidental loss, destruction or damage;
- personal data shall be kept only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. In exceptional cases, where personal data will be processed for archiving purposes in the public interest, for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes, the data could be kept for a longer period;
- personal data must be accurate and kept up to date in the event of inaccuracies. Reasonable measures, technical or organisational, must be taken to ensure that inaccurate data are always rectified or erased;
- personal data must be collected only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes pursued;
- person the data shall be collected only for legitimate, explicit and specified purposes;
- personal data must be processed only in a fair, lawful and transparent manner in relation to the data subject.

CHAPTER V
PROCEDURES FOR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
The controller may transfer your data to third parties to assist in the operation and management of the service. In each case, the controller will only provide the processor with as much data as is necessary to carry out a specific assignment or provide a specific service.
Your data is also passed on to social network managers, who process it in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Your data may be disclosed to competent authorities or law enforcement authorities, including auditors, courts, bailiffs, upon request in accordance with the law.
The controller may also transfer your data to other third parties where necessary and in the legitimate interest, including transfers outside the European Union. In such transfers, the Data Controller undertakes to comply with the obligations set out in Articles 44 to 49 of the GDPR.
CHAPTER VI
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
You have the right to:
- to know (be informed) about the processing of your personal data;
- access to your personal data;
- request rectification of personal data;
- request the erasure of personal data ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict the processing of your personal data;
- object to the processing of your personal data;
- the portability of personal data;
- object to a decision being taken in respect of you solely on the basis of automated processing, including profiling.
Requests to the Data Controller must be made in writing to the contacts listed in the "Contact Information" section of this Privacy Policy. The controller undertakes to respond to this request within 1 month of receipt of the request. This 1-month period may be extended by a further 2 months depending on the complexity and number of requests.
In addition, please note that the GDPR, in addition to the exercise of certain rights, lays down criteria in which cases these rights are not exercised, or lays down the conditions that must be fulfilled for the processing of the data in order for a right to be exercised.
If you disagree with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent state authority, such as the State Data Protection Inspectorate or a court.
