MOINTELLECT PRIVACY POLICY
CHAPTER I
GENERAL PROVISIONS
This privacy policy informs you about how we process the personal data you provide to us. We also assure youthat we process your personal data in accordance with the Regulation, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the protection of personal data.
We have the right to modify the rules described in this Privacy Policy in part or in full. We will notify you of any changes made by posting an updated version of this Privacy Policy on this website.

Regulation - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR);
Personal data - any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, a personal identification number, location data and an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the natural person's physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity;
Data processing - any operation or sequence of operations which is performed upon personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, sorting, organisation, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, access, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination with other data, restriction, erasure or destruction.
CHAPTER II
PRINCIPLES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the following principles:
- personal data must be processed only in such a way and by such means as to ensure their security. Personal data must be protected against unlawful processing and against processing without consent. This must be implemented by means of appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of the processing, including protection against accidental loss, destruction or damage;
- personal data shall be kept only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. In exceptional cases, where personal data will be processed for archiving purposes in the public interest, for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes, the data could be kept for a longer period;
- personal data must be accurate and kept up to date in the event of inaccuracies. Reasonable measures, technical or organisational, must be taken to ensure that inaccurate data are always rectified or erased;
- personal data must be collected only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes pursued;
- person the data shall be collected only for legitimate, explicit and specified purposes;
- personal data must be processed only in a fair, lawful and transparent manner in relation to the data subject.
CHAPTER III

V SKYRIUS
ASMENS DUOMENŲ TEIKIMO TRETIESIEMS ASMENIMS TVARKA
Jūsų duomenis duomenų valdytojas gali perduoti tvarkyti tretiesiems asmenims, kurie padeda vykdyti ir administruoti paslaugų teikimą. Kiekvienu atveju duomenų tvarkytojui duomenų valdytojas pateikia tik tiek duomenų, kiek yra būtina konkrečiam pavedimui įvykdyti ar konkrečiai paslaugai suteikti.
Jūsų duomenys taip pat yra perduodami socialinių tinklų valdytojams, kurie juos tvarko vadovaudamiesi savo privatumo politikomis.
Jūsų duomenys gali būti pateikiami kompetentingoms valdžios arba teisėsaugos institucijoms, taip pat auditoriams, teismams, antstoliams, pagal pareikalavimą teisės aktų nustatyta tvarka.
Taip pat, esant poreikiui ir turint teisėtą interesą, Jūsų duomenis duomenų valdytojas gali perduoti ir kitiems tretiesiems asmenims, įskaitant ir duomenų perdavimą už Europos Sąjungos ribų. Tokiais duomenų perdavimo atvejais duomenų valdytojas įsipareigoja įgyvendinti BDAR 44-49 straipsniuose nustatytas prievoles.
VI SKYRIUS
DUOMENŲ SUBJEKTŲ TEISĖS
Jūs turite teisę:
- žinoti (būti informuotam) apie savo asmens duomenų tvarkymą;
- susipažinti su savo asmens duomenimis;
- reikalauti ištaisyti asmens duomenis;
- reikalauti ištrinti asmens duomenis („teisė būti pamirštam”);
- apriboti savo asmens duomenų tvarkymą;
- nesutikti su savo asmens duomenų tvarkymu;
- į asmens duomenų perkeliamumą;
- nesutikti, kad Jūsų atžvilgiu būtų priimtas sprendimas remiantis tik automatizuotu duomenų tvarkymu, įskaitant profiliavimą.
Prašymas duomenų valdytojui turi būti teikiamas raštu šios privatumo politikos skiltyje „Kontaktinė informacija“ nurodytais kontaktais. Į šį prašymą duomenų valdytojas įsipareigoja atsakyti per 1 mėnesį nuo gauto prašymo dienos. Šis 1 mėnesio terminas gali būti pratęstas dar 2 mėnesiams, atsižvelgiant į prašymų sudėtingumą ir skaičių.
Papildomai atkreipiame Jūsų dėmesį į tai, kad BDAR prie tam tikrų teisių įgyvendinimo yra nustatyti kriterijai, kokiais atvejais šios Jūsų teisės neįgyvendinamos arba nustatytos sąlygos, kurias turi atitikti duomenų tvarkymas, kad tam tikra teisė būtų įgyvendinta.
Jums nesutinkant su mūsų pateiktu atsakymu, Jūs turite teisę dėl to teikti skundą kompetentingai valstybės institucijai – Valstybinei duomenų apsaugos inspekcijai ar teismui.
