RULES OF USE

1. General provisions

1.1. These Rules set out the procedure for using the websites www.mointellect.lt and www.mointellect.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

1.2. The Website is administered by MB "Mohub", company code 307022080 (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider").

1.3. By accessing the Website, the visitor confirms that he/she is aware of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy and agrees to comply with them.

2. Intellectual property

2.1. All content on the Website (text, photos, logos, design elements, software) is the intellectual property of Mohub MB or its partners.

2.2. It is strictly prohibited to copy, distribute or otherwise use the content of the Website for commercial purposes without the written consent of the Service Provider.

3. Consumer rights and obligations

3.1. The User undertakes to provide correct information on registration forms or when subscribing to newsletters.

3.2. You may not use the Site for any activity that could harm the operation, security or other users of the Site.

4.1. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any disruption of the Website caused by technical problems, actions of third parties or force majeure (force majeure) circumstances.

5.1. These Rules shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

5.2. All disagreements shall be settled by negotiation and, in the event of failure to reach an agreement, in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.

5.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Terms at any time. Amendments shall become effective from the moment of their publication on the Website.
