RULES OF USE<\/h2>\n\n

1. General provisions<\/h3>\n

1.1.<\/strong> These Rules set out the procedure for using the websites www.mointellect.lt and www.mointellect.com (hereinafter referred to as the \"Website\").<\/p>\n

1.2.<\/strong> The Website is administered by MB \"Mohub\", company code 307022080 (hereinafter referred to as \"Service Provider\").<\/p>\n

1.3.<\/strong> By accessing the Website, the visitor confirms that he\/she is aware of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy and agrees to comply with them.<\/p>\n\n

2. Intellectual property<\/h3>\n

2.1.<\/strong> All content on the Website (text, photos, logos, design elements, software) is the intellectual property of Mohub MB or its partners.<\/p>\n

2.2.<\/strong> It is strictly prohibited to copy, distribute or otherwise use the content of the Website for commercial purposes without the written consent of the Service Provider.<\/p>\n\n

3. Consumer rights and obligations<\/h3>\n

3.1.<\/strong> The User undertakes to provide correct information on registration forms or when subscribing to newsletters.<\/p>\n

3.2.<\/strong> You may not use the Site for any activity that could harm the operation, security or other users of the Site.<\/p>\n\n

4. Limitation of liability<\/h3>\n

4.1.<\/strong> The Service Provider shall not be liable for any disruption of the Website caused by technical problems, actions of third parties or force majeure (force majeure<\/em>) circumstances.<\/p>\n

4.2.<\/strong> The Site may contain links to other websites (e.g., partner websites), but the Service Provider is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those websites.<\/p>\n\n

5. Final provisions<\/h3>\n

5.1.<\/strong> These Rules shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\n

5.2.<\/strong> All disagreements shall be settled by negotiation and, in the event of failure to reach an agreement, in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\n

5.3.<\/strong> The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Terms at any time. Amendments shall become effective from the moment of their publication on the Website.<\/p>\n\n
